Backstage, Marc Jacobs kept repeating the obvious: the collection took on fetiches… We should have understood the clue when entering the stairway to the show’s tent, beautiful women dressed as french maids, dusted the stairs with absolutely no dexterity…
On the runway, mini shorts, tight waists, handcuffs, masks and vertiginous boots which zigzaged all the way up the leg and had no intention of being taken off…
But all of this, as beautiful and unwearable as they might be, paved the way to the spot on and really desirable accessories, the true fetiche of today. Having said this, the show was stupendous!

Nos bastidores, Marc Jacobs repetia o óbvio: a coleção explorava os fetiches… Algo que já deveríamos ter entendido, quando para entrar na tenda do show, lindas mulheres vestidas como camareiras francesas, espanavam o corrimão das escadas, sem absolutamente nenhuma destreza…
Na passarela, mini-shorts, cinturas de abelha, algemas, máscaras e botas vertiginosas que não haviam nenhuma intenção de serem retiradas… Na verdade por mais lindas e, em alguns casos, difíceis de usar que fossem as peças, serviam como cenário aos divinos acessórios, verdadeira fetiche da consumidora contemporânea. Dito isto, o show foi estupendo!
Vou oferecer uma visão diferenciada do desfile. Como a luz era melhor de costas, muitas das imagens são da parte de trás da roupa, que também é linda…e muitas vezes, como mais olhamos para uma mulher…
